| 摘 要： | 贯彻落实《思想政治教育大纲》,这是加强部队思想政治建设的重要任务。各级应当要从《大纲》体现的时代新特点、赋予的时代新内容、提出的时代新要求等方面来学习理解《大纲》的基本精神、基本内容和基本要求,不断把思想政治教育提高到新的水平。
