| 摘 要： | 北方地区太阳能热水器伴热电缆引发的火灾呈上升趋势。对伴热电缆的起火原因做了分析，指出伴热电缆的先天缺陷和使用中的指标变劣是伴热电缆起火的主要因素。针对伴热电缆提出了一种独特的检测方法——沿线测温法，该方法能够剔除伴热电缆的隐患点，同时对已安装和新安装的太阳能热水器提出了非线性限流方案,可以使太阳能热水器火灾发生率趋向于零。

| Abstract: | Fires caused by wires of solar collectors are on the rise in the Northern part of China. The analysis indicates that the causes of this kind of fire are attributed to the unqualified wires and worn - out wires in use. This paper suggests a way to test these wires - testing along the wire. This testing method is able to eliminate the fire risk of these wires. |
