摘    要:乡村教育关系到我国整体教育事业的发展,而稳定的乡村教师队伍建设是办好乡村教育的关键。近年来,我国乡村教师因国家政策制定的缺失和乡村教师物质和精神生活环境不佳等原因,呈现了流失严重、流动无序的局面。构建乡村教师理性流动机制,需要在乡村教师理性流动的过程中注重疏导和激励作用,达到用流动促进稳定的效果。

Abstract:Rural education is related to the development of the overall education undertaking in China. Stable rural teachers construction is the key part in rural education. In recent years, because of the inadequate national policies, the environment of rural teachers' material and spiritual living conditions are getting worse. China's rural teachers present a serious loss and shift disorderly. Through exploring the mechanism of rational shift of rural teachers, we should focus on grooming and motivating them in the process of rational flow, so as to use the shift to stabilize amount of rural teachers.
