| Abstract: | The effect of Pygmalion gives an important inspiration to the ideological work in that it stresses the self-stimulus system, arouses the enthusiasm and makes the best use of their potencial. The ideological workers should follow the principles of trusting, correctly guiding and proper expectation by using the effect of Pygmalion creatively into ideological work. |
