摘    要:从对潜通信的军事特征出发,建立评估指标体系,并提出一种改进的层次分析——探索法,结合模糊评判理论计算通信系统的效能。该方法运用探索标度值的思想,给出一种新的判断矩阵的构造方法,合理地处理决策因素的不确定性。实例分析表明:该方法精确、有效,易于在计算机上实现,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:From the military characteristics of the submarine communication,this paper established an evaluation index framework,and proposed an improved method of analytic-exploring hierarchy process,which calculates the effectiveness of the communication system by combining fuzzy evaluation theory.This method provides a new constructor of judgment matrix by using the idea of exploring scale value and handles the uncertainty of decision-making factors properly.The analysis of the instance demonstrates that the method which is accuracy and efficiency can be achieved easily on computers,so its application has higher values.
