Operational concept puts forward the conceptual solutions, which is based on the current major problems of the military field.In response to the serious challenges of US Navy to project power in global public domains, making use of its electromagnetic operations technical advantages, the US Navy first put forward and focus on developing the Theory of Electronic Maneuver Warfare.Although this theory needs further perfection, with the deepening of the research and implementation, it will greatly improve the United States naval combat advantage in the electromagnetic field.
