| 摘 要： | 新军事变革席卷全球,未来军事斗争形势将更加紧迫和残酷,武警部队遂行任务也将更加复杂多样。为确保任务圆满完成,减少人员与装备的伤亡和耗损,无人化装备将成为未来战场主导。文章从四个方面入手,系统性地提出无人化装备人才队伍培养的建议。

| Abstract: | The new military revolution is sweeping the globe.The future military struggle situation will be even more urgent and brutal.The armed police force will face a more complicated task implementation environment.In order to ensure the successful completion of the task, to reduce casualties and loss of personnel and equipment, unmanned equipment will become the dominant factor in future battlefield.The paper touches four aspects to provide suggestions for systematically training the unmanned equipment personnel. |
