| Abstract: | Society is more and more demanding in regards to the requirements for quality of personnel training, accordingly, it has higher requirements on the quality of teachers, who should have teaching reflection ability, concept of lifelong learning, persistent pursuit of education, high sense of responsibility, a heart of love, and feelings of tolerance and other basic qualities. |
