机场道面抢修用聚氨酯稳定集料的试验研究

摘    要:以机场道面意外损毁的抢修为目的,进行了聚氨酯发泡快速稳定道面基层回填料的试验研究。试验结果表明,常温下用聚氨酯发泡稳定碎石集料,2 h无侧限抗压强度达到2.05 MPa,对道面结构的有限元分析表明,试验所用材料可满足道面基层的力学性能要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the emergency repair of the accidentally damaged airfield pavement,the experimental study on the polyurethane foam used for rapidly stabilized back filling aggregate of road bed has been made.The result shows that the polyurethane foam is used to stabilize the gravel under normal temperature,the unconfined compressive strength reaches 2.05 MPa in two hours.Besides,based on the experimental results,the finite element model of the structure of pavement is by using the ANSYS software to simulate and analyze.Both the strength and the analysis of the finite element have satisfied the requirement for the mechanics capability of roadbed.
