| 摘 要： | 国务院《关于进一步加强消防工作的意见》的出台,对消防部队的职能作用作了进一步的明确,也给消防部队的发展带来了新的历史机遇。在讨论准确认识和理解发挥消防部队在应急抢险救援中的骨干作用的重要性和必要性的基础上,从社会应急管理、信息沟通、应急救援、装备建设、执勤训练和整合救灾资源等方面,强调消防部队如何在应急抢险救援中发挥骨干作用。

| Abstract: | The duty of fire forces are definitely prescribed in the regulation On Strengthening Fire Rescue Work, which offers many new opportunities for fire forces. This paper explains how to exert the influence of officers of fire rescue forces in term of social emergency management, information exchange, emergency rescuing, equipment and task training and cooperation in the joint uses of fire rescue resources. |
