高隔离度干涉截止滤光片的设计与制备

摘    要:根据光通讯无源器件和激光探测仪器对光学薄膜的特殊需求,采用解析法和自动优化法综合设计了高隔离度的干涉截止滤光片,分析了膜厚改变2%对设计膜系的透过率曲线的影响,通过莱宝APS1104镀膜机对所设计的膜系进行了实际镀制,获得了性能优良的高隔离度截止滤光片.

Abstract:According to the especial requirement for optical coating in the fiber communication and laser detection instrument,a high isolation interference edge filter is designed by resolution and automatic optimization methods.The effect on the transmittance curve of the designed formula by changing 2% film thickness is analyzed.The formula is deposited by the APS1104 deposition machine made in Germany,and filters with good performance are acquired.
