多年冻土区管道的设计技术研究

摘    要:在多年冻土地带铺设油气管道,是国际能源战略发展的必然,但由于冻土具有冻胀和融沉特性,因此,选用合适的管道设计方法保证管道安全运行一直是一大研究热点。通过对多年冻土区管道所承受载荷类型的分析,论证了采用基于应变的管道设计方法的合理性,并着重对拉伸应变极限和压缩应变极限的确定方法进行了探讨,指出在实际设计中,应该选用相对宽松的压缩应变极限值和严格的拉伸应变极限值。

Abstract:Laying pipelines in the permafrost zone is the development trend of international energy strategy. As frozen soil has the properties of frost heave and thaw settlement, how to select proper design technique to ensure pipeline safe operation has become a research hotspot. Based on the analysis of load type of pipeline in permafrost zones,this paper demonstrates the rationality of adopting strain-based design method, studies the determination method of tensile strain limit and compressive strain limit emphatically,and draws the conclusion that relatively loose compressive strain limit and relatively strict tensile strain limit can be used in Ihe practical design.
