基于BP神经网络装甲车辆电气设备故障诊断的研究

摘    要:研究了装甲车辆电气设备故障的智能诊断,设计了基于BP网络的故障智能诊断系统。采用C8051F040单片机完成数据的采集和预处理,上位机应用C+ +builder和MATLAB的混合编程完成故障利用BP网络的诊断过程。研究结果表明,提高了设备故障诊断的准确度,实现了装甲车辆电气系统故障诊断的自动化、智能化。

Abstract:Studies the fault intelligent diagnosis in armored vehicle electrical equipment,design the fault intel- ligent diagnosis system of the BP neural network.Using C8051F040 to complete the data gathering and the pretreatment.Industrial computer using C++ builder and the MATLAB mix programming to complete the BP network the diagnosis process.The research indicated:enhanced the equipment fault diagnosis accuracy,re- alized the armored vehicle electrical system fault diagnosis automation,intellectualization.
