公安消防部队树立正确的政绩观应处理好五个关系：一是处理好政绩观与发展现的关系；二是处理好对上负责与对下负责的关系；三是处理好对部队负责与对地方负责的关系；四是处理好“显绩”与“潜绩”的关系；五是处理好“自律”与“他律”的关系。

The correct views on achievements of fire forces should be based on five relations. First, the proper relation of the achievements view and the development view is the precondition; second, the proper relation of responsibility for upper and lower levels is the starting point; third, the proper relation of responsibility for the forces and local is the key; four, the proper relation of ＂Obvious achievements＂ and the ＂unspoken records＂ is the core; five, the proper dealing with the relations of ＂self - discipline＂ and ＂external - discipline＂ is the guarantee.
