| 摘 要： | 本文在显微形貌分析的基础上,运用断裂力学的方法,对射流消能器铸钢缺陷进行了分析,预测了其疲劳寿命,给出了初始缺陷的评判标准。切剖检测和跟踪统计表明,理论结果与实际情况一致。

| Abstract: | On the basis of microshape analyses, a macroscopic fracture mechanics analysis of defects in steel-cast jet muzzle brake and forcasting of its fatigue life are carried out in this paper, criteria for evaluating initial defects are also given. The results of tracking statistics and tangential observation accord with the results of analysis. |
