电传动车辆牵引电机弱磁控制与半实物仿真

摘    要:为使车用牵引电机在弱磁控制模式下的输出转矩跟随电机最大输出能力,在采用基于磁链的定子电流控制方法的基础上,提出一种最优转矩控制算法,实现时间最优控制,提高系统响应的快速性。基于dSPACE构建了快速控制原型半实物仿真系统,对控制算法进行了多种工况下的仿真试验验证。试验结果表明:该控制系统能够快速、无差地跟踪速度给定信号,实现弱磁区转矩优化控制。

Abstract:In order to make the output torque in the flux-weakening control mode follow the maximum torque of drive motor in electric drive armored vehicle,an optimal torque control algorithm is provided based on the stator current control algorithm on flux linkage,which realizes the time optimal control on motor and increases the speed of the system.A rapid control prototype simulation system based on dSPACE is designed,and the control algorithm is tested and verified under different conditions of the electric drive armored vehicle by dSPACE.The test results demonstrate that the control system can obtain a fast and stable dynamic response,and the torque optimization control in the flux-weakening area is effective.
