AT汽车换挡动态过程仿真研究

摘    要:AT汽车换挡品质的控制主要是对其换挡动态过程的冲击度,滑摩功的控制,在对评价汽车换挡品质的几个主要评价指标:纵向冲击度,滑摩功以及滑摩时间进行分析的基础上,建立了自动变速汽车换挡过程动力学仿真模型,主要是基于多体动力学原理而建立了详细的行星变速箱模型,包括2个行星排和4个换挡离合器子模型.利用该模型,通过模拟2挡换3挡的动力学过程,分析了不同离合器结合压力对汽车冲击度,滑摩功的影响,这对AT汽车换挡品质的控制具有指导意义.

Abstract:la this paper, the main guidelines for evaluating the shift quality (the longitudinal jerk, friction work and time) are discussed firstly. Then a dynamical simulation model for the shift transient of AT motorcar is built. The main part of the model is planetary gearbox, which is built based on the Matlab/SimMechanics program language. The planetary gearbox model is composed of 4 clutches and 2 planetary sets. With different clutch engaging force, a shift transient of the 2nd to the 3rd gear is simulated in the model, and its effect on the shift quality is analyzed. Its helpful for the shift quality control of AT.
