| 摘 要： | 代表中国先进文化前进方向,不仅仅是指党要抓社会主义文化建设和精神文明建设,而且更应理解为对党的自身文化建设即执政文化建设提出了新的要求,也就是中国共产党必须不断提升自己的文化品格,加强执政文化建设,才能成为始终代表先进文化前进方向的执政党。

| Abstract: | Representing the Chinese advanced culture doesn't mean that the Party should construct socialistic and spiritual culture but also that the new demands of the ruling cultural construction are presented to the Party, that is, only should the Party continuously improve their own cultural standards and strengthen the cultural construction, they can become the ruling party representing the advanced culture. |
