着眼知识分子党员实际强化教研室党支部的组织功能

教研室是教学科研工作的末端，教研室建设的质量直接关系到院校中心工作能否圆满完成。建设一个强有力的教研室党支部是全面加强教研室建设的首要任务。当前，军队院校教研室党支部建设还存在认识不足、结构不完善、纪律意识不强、能力素质不高、力量薄弱等问题。针对新形势下院校教研室党支部建设以及知识分子党员的实际，应当从统一思想、加强理论武装、严肃政治纪律、围绕中心提高能力、依靠制度开展工作五个方面入手，进一步加强教研室党支部建设，确保院校中心任务的圆满完成。

Teaching and research section is the terminate of the college work, the quality of its construction is directly related to the central mission accomplishment. Establishing a powerful party branch is the first task of the section. Currently the party branch in the military academies lack ideas, reasonable composition, discipline, strength and high quality. In accordance with the trend of events, the construction of the party branch should make the members＇ thought unity, theory study more deeply, discipline more strict, the ability improved fast.
