摘    要:将系统工程中解释结构模型法引入到武器装备效能评价体系的构建过程中,在可拓空间确定武器效能影响因素逻辑关系的基础上,求解系统可达矩阵,建立结构模型,构建多层递阶的效能评价指标体系;应用该ISM,分析了评价体系的内部层次结构及主次因素,掌握系统评价的神经支撑结构;并以机动性指标为例,确定了单指标的因素支撑影响图。系统效能ISM的建立,可为确定提高武器效能的突破点、研发(R&D)控制的立足点等方面进行系统解释,为科学建立评价体系、判定内部结构提供理论基础。

Abstract:The Interpretative structural model(ISM) in systems engineering is introduced into the constructing process of weapon efficiency evaluation system for weapon equipments.On the basis of ascertaining the logic relations of factovs impacting the weapon efficiency in extendible space,the structural model is erected,the multilevel hierarchical efficiency evaluation System is constructed through the medium of solving for the reachable matrix of system.The interior hierarchical structure of evaluation system and the primary and secondary factors are analysed by IMS so as to know well the system nerve supporting system.Taking the maneuverability index as example,the supporting diagram of factors impacting single index is determined.The construction of ISM for system efficiency can provide the theoretic basis of determining the breakthrough point for raising the weapon efficiency,and the foothold for researching and development,as well as of establishing scientifically the evaluation system and juging the interios structure.
