灭火人员参与火灾调查的机制和作用探讨

针对基层消防部队火灾调查工作开展滞后造成调查困难的问题,设想让快速到场的灭火人员参与到火灾调查之中。通过分析灭火人员参与火灾调查的作用和影响,提出灭火人员参与初期火灾调查的具体机制设想,并结合部队实际在消防中队设置火查员,遂行灭火力量进行初期火灾调查,可有效解决目前火灾调查工作开展滞后的问题,对发挥消防整体作战优势具有一定的借鉴意义。

A Discussion of the Effects of Fire Investigation Gained Together with Firefighters

To resolve the difficulties of fire investigation caused by the lag of a grass-root fire brigade,this paper offers a suggestion that firefighters should got involved in the investigation because they often firstly arrive at the scene. In this paper,by analyzing the effect and influence of firefighters taking part in fire investigation,the author puts forward a concrete working assumption for firefighters to take part in an early fire investigation,and to make full use of its advantages in fire control.
