摘    要:为了改善电机的换向性能,基于双蛙绕组直流电机的绕组结构特点及其换向规律,分析了影响双蛙绕组直流电机换向的主要因素,对该型直流电机的换向性能进行了评估,并分析了无火花换向区.双蛙绕组电机的分析和试验表明,该类电机的电抗电势波形最大值和最小值的差值较大,不利于换向电势的均匀补偿;双蛙绕组同槽最后一个元件换向时,其他元件对其阻尼较小,容易产生换向火花I相比异槽式绕组,双蛙绕组的无火花换向区比较窄,不利于电机的换向.

Abstract:The major factors influencing the commutation were analyzed based on the configuration of the windings and the commutation characteristics of DC machines with double frog-leg windings. The commutation capability of a certain DC machine was evaluated, and its no spark commutation zone tested. According to the analysis, the evident difference between the maximum and the minimum of the reactance electrical, wave form is not beneficial for compensation of the reversing electrical potential or for damping capability, which can easily cause commutation spark. The results of the test show that the width of no spark commutation zone of the double frog-leg windings is narrower than the split throw simplex lap winding, which deteriorates the commutation capability of DC machines.
