| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the self-organization characteristic of military academies scientific research system by means of the self-organization theory, and sheds light on the way of promoting more achievements and more talents on the military academies scientific research. Meanwhile the paper points out it is necessary for the military academies to accurately orientate the scientific research work, actively boost subject cooperation and academic exchange, then strengthen and perfect scientific promotional mechanism and feedback mechanism. |
