| 摘 要： | 新世纪新阶段,部队思想政治教育空洞乏力的情况比较突出,迫切需要进行方式方法上的补充创新,有必要审视和确立隐性教育在部队思想政治教育中的应有地位,以提高教育的覆盖面和影响力,增强教育的实效性。通过对部队隐性思想政治教育的主要特点及必要性的分析,结合实际提出实施隐性教育的基本途径,力求为新世纪新阶段部队思想政治教育的开展提供理论和实践上的参考。
