Exploration and Practice of Information Technology - oriented College English Teaching Reform

The reform of College English Tecaching focuses on the shift from teaching- centered to learning- centered, emphasizing over- all competence in the four skills,introducing new teaching perspective,new learning environment and guarantees the quality of teaching and learning. This paper explores the possibility of using new English Learning System to help improve English teaching with new teaching mode and effective learning approaches.
