| Abstract: | The United States is a country which has a lot of experience of responding to large scale hazards. Introduce the professional institution, mechanism and experience responding to reply the hazards in the USA. Our country should draw lessons from the USA and establish a set of precautionary measures to prepare the hazardous cases which is fit for our situation and effective. |
