| 摘 要： | 从影响基地级修理能力的主要因素出发,建立了比较全面的评价指标体系。在进行修理能力评价时,针对常权综合方法难以体现决策者对决策因素惩罚或激励性的要求,提出了一种基于层次变权的模糊评价模型。实例分析和计算结果表明,该评价模型合理、有效、可行。

| Abstract: | According to the primary factors that influence the depot-level repair ability,this paper establishes a relatively comprehensive system of evaluating guideline.As for the constant right synthesis cannot satisfy the punitive or stimulant requirements of decision-makers about decision-making factors in the process of estimating repair ability,a fuzzy evaluating model based on hierarchy variable weight is put forward.Then the evaluating model is proved to be reasonable,effective and feasible by analyzing and calculating with examples. |
