| Abstract: | The hard working environments, the arduous task and the great psychological pressures cause a series of negative effects on physical and mental health of the soldiers and officers of Chinese marine police and combat effectiveness. Methods such as the organizational intervention and the soldiers and officers＇ self - adjustment could be used to adjust and relieve the psychological pressure on the soldiers and officers. |
