| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会的大环境下 ,作为消防执法主体和灭火救援主力军的公安消防部队干部队伍 ,要在质量建设上应对新形势和新任务的需要 ,必须强化政治意识 ,保证“靠得住” ;强化创新意识 ,保证“打得赢” ;强化服务意识 ,保证“能干事” ;强化自律意识 ,保证“不变质”。

| Abstract: | The officers as the backbone of fire forces in carrying out fire law enforcement and fire rescues should be qualified to meet the new tasks in the present situation of building a well-off society. They have to be educated by political awareness to be reliable, to be trained to be innovative to win, to be told to serve the people to be able to do things for them and to be disciplined not to be degenerated. |
