立式金属油罐罐壁与底板连接区域强度分析

摘    要:采用ABAQUS大型非线性有限元软件,在弹性地基的假设下,对10000m3立式金属油罐进行了水试压状态下的强度分析,计算出两种地基条件下底板的轴向位移和罐壁与底板连接区域的应力分布,所得结果与前人研究成果基本吻合,验证了有限元分析的正确性。从罐壁与底板连接区域的应力曲线可以看出,地基状况对该区域的应力大小有着显著的影响,这为进一步研究复杂边界条件下罐底边缘应力分布以及罐基的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:On the hypothesis of elastic foundation,the strength of 10 000 m3 steel tank is analyzed by use of large-scale nonlinear finite element software ABAOUS.The stress distribution result of the part that connects tank shell and bottom plates is obtained,which fits well with the previous results.The result also demonstrates the correctness of finite element analysis.From stress curves can come to the conclusion that the condition of tank base has visible effects on the stress of this part,which will be helpful t...
