摘    要:从电阻分压器的结构与原理入手,分析了其在静电高压标准装置测量使用过程中随测试信号频率变化而产生误差的原因,利用加入电压跟随器和采用补偿电容等方法对该电阻分压器的频率特性进行了改进,使其达到了较高的测量精度。

Abstract:The reasons of the error produced in the use of resistance-based voltage-divider with the changing of the frequency are analyzed based on the theory and structure of the resistance-based voltage divider. In order to improve the frequency characteristic of the resistance-based voltage divider, the voltage- following device and compensative capacitance are added, and better measuring accuracy of the test result is obtained.
