| 摘 要： | 在简述了作战效能分析理论能够解决什么样的问题后，给出了作战效能分析的一般准则，提出了按目标分类和杀伤手段分类的方法进行作战效能估计的思想，并对作战效能的估计方法给予了一些定性的分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper,some basic concepts concerning the theory of operational efficiency analysis(OEA)are introduced,and a general criterion for OEA is given.Moreover,an approach to estimate the operational efficiency is proposed based on the features of target group.Also,several other approaches are discussed. |
