| 摘 要： | 按照中央军委领导提高"四个本领"要求,培养与时代发展相融合的军队院校领导干部,应客观分析当前军校领导干部能力素质现状,准确把握其能力建设的标准,加速完善其能力建设的对策措施,这对培养大批适应中国特色军事变革需要的高素质军事人才,具有重要的现实意义.
