基地化边防战术演练设计研究

在当前维稳、反恐、处突等任务日益突出的大背景下,有针对性、有目的地对公安边防部队训练基地、训练科目、训练对象等进行演练设计,将有效提高公安边防部队应对各种急、难、险、重任务的能力,为更好地打击违法犯罪活动、维护边境地区安全稳定服务。基地化边防战术演练,应从演练理念、演练内容、场地选择、实施方案及战术要点、导调方案、保障计划和考核方案等方面进行精心设计。

A Study of the Design for Base-drilling of Border Tactics

The training-bases have been established in every border corps to promote a real combat training in border control forces,and the base-drilling of border tactics have been attached much important. The design of base-drilling is the key to improve a real combat ability and level,and is also the base of formulating and testing new tactics. To design it properly will be improve the ability of border control forces to complete the mission that might be hard,dangerous and emergent and it will also better serve for cracking down criminal activities and maintaining stability of border areas.
