雷达网情报保障方案决策支持系统设计

摘    要:在现代防空战场环境下,雷达网面临各种复杂的情报保障任务。针对目前雷达网指挥自动化系统在情报保障辅助决策上的空白,设计了区域性雷达网情报保障方案自动生成决策支持系统(DSS)。运用决策支持系统的理论和方法对系统的建模进行了宏观的设计,阐述了系统的结构组成、功能模块和工作流程;并运用面向对象的方法实现模型库管理系统,将模型与数据完美结合。该系统为设计雷达网情报保障方案DSS提供了一条相对有效的途径。系统的实现还有待进一步的研究,但它的完成必将大大提高现有雷达网指挥自动化系统的辅助决策能力。

Abstract:Under the modern anti-aircraft warfield circumstances, radar fence faces various complicated intelligence-ensured missions. Aiming at the vacancy of intelligence-ensured assistant decision in present command automation system of radar fence, the paper designs the decision supporting system(DSS) on autogeneration of intelligence-ensured project in territorial radar fence. Make the macroscopical design of its modeling with the theories and methods of DSS, expound the structure and constitution of system, the functional modules and the workflow of system. Moreover, adopt object-oriented method to realize model-based manage system, in order to perfectly combine the modules and datum. This system offers a relatively valid approach for designing DSS on intelligence-ensured project in radar fence. Its realization needs the further study, but its completion is supposed to greatly improve the decision supporting ability of present command automation system of radar fence.
