多属性决策在防空作战部署方案评估中的应用

为适应防空作战新的作战任务,从空防对抗作战的复杂性、不确定性和人类思维的模糊性出发,对防空作战部署方案评估的目的进行了分析,在此基础上建立了防空作战部署方案评估指标体系.针对评估指标的多样性和不确定性,提出了基于属性值为区间数的多属性决策(MADM)评估方法,并详细阐述了区间数比较的可能度公式、区间数排序和综合评估过程,最后通过一个实例对防空作战部署方案评估的具体过程进行了论证.
