| Abstract: | On December 13,2005,nitrobenzene tower T-102 of the second anilin workshop in Dual Benzene Factory affiliated with Jilin Petrochemical Branch of China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation blew up due to unproper operation by worker when circulatory system jamming.The production device suffered serious damage and an extensive fire was started.In the condition of the destructive explosion and the defect in drainage system design,the wastewater with liquid material entered to Song Hua Jing.The water bodies were polluted seriously.The accident caused tremendous commotion at home and abroad.This article is in the research of the cause and prevention of the pollution,and puts forward some views,which can offer valuable advice for environment protection. |
