| 摘 要： | 高校学籍管理制度是高校管理体系的基石和重要组成部分,是促进高校不断发展的重要动力之一。由美国的彼得·圣吉提出的管理学上的学习型组织理论为高校学籍制度改革提供了新的思路:改变原有模式隔阂、简单强调个人竞争和僵化的弊端,建立注重沟通、团体进步与合作以及灵活的学籍管理制度。

| Abstract: | The management of students' status is the footstone and important part of university's management system, it is also one of the crucial drive for university's continuing development. And the Senge's theory of Learning Organization provides a new thinking way for the reform of university's management of students' status: change the defaults of former pattern's estrangement, simple stress of single person's competition, and rigidity to a new way of communication, improvement of organization, cooperation and agility. |
