| 摘 要： | 武器装备的质量已经成为衡量一个国家国防现代化水平的重要标志之一.武器装备发展战略研究的主要目标是保证装备整体作战能力的提高.在综述武器装备发展战略概念及其相关问题的基础上,结合我军当前武器装备发展情况和面临的机遇,提出了加速我军武器装备跨越式发展的建议与对策.
