日本消防大学现状及展望

近年来，复杂多样、大规模的灾害，日本大批老消防队员的退役和大量后备队员的录用，都对今后的教育训练提出了新的要求。2005年，日本召开了“关于消防大学的教育训练研讨会”，对新的教育训练等体系提出了诸多建议。以此为契机，日本消防大学接受建议并制定了新的教育训练计划。

Status Quo of the Fire Services University and Prospects for the Future Development

The Fire Services University is an institute set up by Japan＇ s Ministry of Internal Affairs for the training of fire officers. The fire officers from fire departments all over the country get together to receive higher education and training. In recent years, in order to deal with complex diversity, large - scale disasters, the retirement of a large number of reserve officers, new requirements are posed for future training of fire officers. In 2005, a seminar on the training of the Fire Services University raised lot of suggestions on new training system. Taking this opportunity, the fire Services University accepted the suggestions and worked out new training plans. This paper mainly introduces the status quo of the Fire Services University and prospects for future development.
