摘    要:军港人工保障模式已很难适应现代信息化战争对舰艇的实时、精确、高效、可靠保障要求。文章基于物联网的理念和技术,构建了具有需求自感知能力的军港岸基保障物联网系统,将业务需求数据、实时保障数据、保障过程视频等保障信息汇集融合到一个统一的平台上,实现了保障人员对保障过程的可视化、透明化的监视和控制。文章首先分析了军港岸基保障流程及其特点,定义了军港岸基保障物联网系统的概念模型,给出了其总体功能框架,在此基础上,讨论了军港岸基保障物联网系统的硬件结构和软件模型。军港岸基保障物联网系统已在某大型军港获得成功应用。

Abstract:Supporting modes of current naval port have hardly met the reahime, accurate, efficient and reliable requirements of warships in information-based wars. In this paper, an internet-of-things (IOT)-based naval port supporting system (IOT-NPSS) with requirement-awareness is proposed and established. The system is able to pool various information such as requirement data, realtimely supporting data, and video data of supporting process into an integrated and universal computing platform, and thus users can visually and transparently monitor and control supporting processes. First, the characteristics and workflows of naval supporting are analyzed. Second, a conceptual model of the IOT-NPSS is defined, and its general function framework is provided. Finally, the hardware architecture and the software model of the IOT-NPSS are proposed and discussed. The IOT-NPSS has been successfully applied in a big naval port.
