The Psychological Significancies of the Cyber Consensus Warfare

This paper states the importance of psychology in cyber consensus warfare from its definition and features. Consequently, conclusion is drawn that cyber consensus comes into being through the psychological process of both individuals and groups from the synthesization of psychology and communication theory. According to this conclusion, tactics of guiding the cyber consensus are raised. On the level of individuals, information is operated to influence their cognition. On the level of groups, credibility and likeability to guide and the cyber method are built to enhance the effect of guiding the cyber consensus. Finally, this paper points out that the psychological statement of the audience should be considered in the future in order to improve the cyber consensus guiding.
