科学管理、精益管理与精确作战工程保障研究

Learning from the scientific management theory so as to improve the support efficiency needs to make mo- tion research for engineering support action, and then research its work standard. Lean management is the development and improvement of scientific management in new historical time. It use just-in-time, zero inventory, balanced production, continuous improvement and other advanced management concept, and advanced technologies such as six sigma manage- ment, group technology and so on, to provide a useful reference for generating engineering support capabilities of system operation that based on information system, which could deepen our understanding of accurate engineering support, and en- hance the operability of the research for accurate engineering support.
