基于属性值为区间数的轰炸机敏感性评估

分析了影响轰炸机敏感性的主要因素,针对敏感性评估中存在的不确定和模糊性,构建了属性值为区间数的轰炸机敏感性评价指标体系,基于改进的区间层次分析法和信息熵法得到了区间数形式的指标权重,利用VIKOR法建立了轰炸机敏感性评估模型,引用心态指标对区间数进行排序择优.通过实例计算,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明此方法能够考虑决策者主观偏好,评估各方案与正负理想方案的接近程度,计算决策者处于不同心态下不同机型的折衷解,并排序得到决策的最优解,对各方案优劣进行评判,为轰炸机敏感性评估研究提供了参考。

Evaluation Method of Bomber Susceptivity Based on Attribute Value Within Interval Numbers

The main factors influencing the bomber's susceptivity is analyzed.According to the uncertainty and fuzziness of the susceptivity evaluation,the assessment criteria system for bomber susceptivity evaluation is constructed based on attribute value within interval numbers. The interval weights were calculated based on the improvement of interval-based analytic hierarchy process and information entropy,and the bomber susceptivity evaluation model is established used by VIKOR method.The mentality indicators are presented to sort of the interval numbers and select the best options. The paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of The method's feasibility and effectiveness is verified through calculating on the example.The analysis result demonste rates the improved method can consider the decision makers's subjective preferences and evaluate the distance between each scheme and the positive or negative ideal solution. Through sort analysis the compromise solution can be calculated under different state of mentality indicators,which can further draw the optimal solution of the decision making ,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme and provide references for bombers'susceptivety evaluation.
