| 摘 要： | 作为封建正统法律思想的儒家法文化对维护社会统治起了重要作用,在近代却遭到一系列的冲击。反思目前法治建设中出现的一系列问题,可以发现儒家法文化并非一无是处,对其不应该盲目地全盘否定,而应该批判地继承。
