With the rapid development of high and new technology, there leaves a large development space for the radar technology, and the relative balance state between the radar and radar countermeasure is broken up continuously. The technology development and performance characteristics of many kinds of overseas high-performance radars are described and the air defense radar system, parameters selection and additional measures in development are probed.
