Threat Ordering of the Air-raid Targets Threat based on the Rough Set Theory

According to the analysis of the factors in air-raid targets threat ordering,the method that using rough set theory to order targets threat is presented.The original decision table is replaced by the binary comparison table,and the decision rules are reasoned by the dominance attributes sets,then the ranking relation is obtained through these decision rules.The example showed that the methods could effectively and objectively solved the problem that how to deal with uncertain information.
