摘 要: | 通过对传统的聚氯乙烯生物填料进行配方调整改性及新型结构设计,研制出一种新型生物填料。分析了填料的润湿性能、挂膜速度、比表面积及填料的抗冲击性能,考察了新型生物填料用于船舶生活污水处理的效果。研究表明,新型PVC生物填料比表面积大、润湿性能好、抗冲击性能好、挂膜速度快,研制的新型填料一体化船舶生活污水处理装置可以在船舶上推广应用。

Abstract: | A new type of biofilm carrier is designed by modifying conventional PVC biofilm carrier and designing new type of structure. The capabilities of carrier such as wettability, velocity of biomass adhesion, specific area, and adaptation to impact load are analyzed. The simulative experiment of ship sewage treatment is carried out to study the treatment effects of the carrier. The results indicate that the new type of PVC biofihn carrier has advantages of high specific area, good wettability, high adapta-bility to impact load and quick biomass adhesion, and the integrated ship sewage treatment device with new-type media can meet the needs of practical application. |
