| 摘 要： | 当前，对官兵进行情商培育要从以下几方面入手：更新观念，确立大智力观的人才培养目标；统筹规划，重视官兵情感教育与部队思想政治工作的结合渗透；以人为本，构建具有情感特性的军事训练模式；与时俱进，建立“二元化”的军事人才评价体系。

| Abstract: | E. Q training on the officers and soldiers should begin with four aspects as follows, Renovating the conception and establishing the great intelligence view of the talent training goal, the overall planning and paying more attention to the combination of the emotion education and the army＇ s ideological and political work, holding man - centered attitude and establishing emotional military training model, keeping pace with times and setting up a dual structure of the evaluation system of military talent. |
