当前社区消防工作存在问题及解决对策

首先介绍社区消防工作的现状及搞好社区消防工作的重要性；然后从规划设计不健全、总体布局不合理，政府干预严重、消防设施缺乏，管理混乱、制度不健全，管理标准不一、要求不严，社区内安全疏散系统不完善五个方面分析了社区消防工作存在的突出问题；最后有针对性地从搞好消防规划，严把建筑工程审核验收关，提高居民消防安全意识，定期开展消防安全检查、及时消除火灾隐患，建章立制、狠抓落实五个方面提出解决的方法。

The Problems with the Fire Prevention of the Community and its Countermeasures

This paper introduces the current state of the fire prevention of the community and explains the significance of the fire prevention of the community.
